New Waterproofing Membrane System

Since it's inception Emirates Specialities Company has been in the forefront of providing various types of waterproofing systems to the construction market in the UAE. In line with this tradition, a new line of SpECtite self adhesive and torch-on membranes from Specialty Engineering Chemicals is being launched throughout the Emirates, including ancillary products such as protection boards and primer.

Going Green

In its quest to provide better and wider service to the construction industry, and in line with the worldwide environmental concerns, Emirates Specialities Co joined Emirates Green Building Society (EGBC) in 2008 and plans to enhance its participation in “green” activities, including provision of environmentally friendly products to the market.
