THE COMPANY 
Emirates Specialities Company L.L.C. was founded in 1967 as Specialities Company, for import and distribution of building materials as well as the application of various products. In 1983, the company was re-structured as a Limited Liability Company and re-named as we are known today - Emirates Specialities Co. L.L.C., which is majority owned by U.A.E. nationals and operates under trade licences issued in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. Emirates Specialities Company represents a number of leading manufacturers and suppliers of construction products and associated materials, as outlined under the Products section. The Company’s Head Office, including main warehouse, sales and distribution facilities, is located in the Al Quoz Industrial Area of Dubai. Our Abu Dhabi office is fully staffed, with its own warehouses and distribution facilities at Mina Zayed and Mussafah areas. At our Sharjah facility, we concentrate on the manufacture of building chemicals, expanded metals and other products, with a separate sales and distribution centre. We are in joint venture with Speciality Engineering Chemicals (SpEC) of Jebel Ali for manufacturing a wide range of construction chemicals and through-colored renders. Emirates Specialities Company has been active in the field of specialised construction materials, architectural products, tools and industrial equipment, shelving & storage and environmental products for all types of engineering projects. In addition, the Company also undertakes application of specialised systems such as industrial and decorative flooring, concrete repair, coloured renders, etc. With this wide product and service range, the Company has been able to participate in almost all construction projects in the U.A.E, be it residential, commercial, industrial, transportation, utilities and more. The Company employs professionally qualified managers, sales engineers, administrators, accountants and other skilled personnel for its production, sales and application divisions.
